AES-256 encryption protects your documents in transit and at rest — the same standard used by major banks and the U.S. military.
We handle your most sensitive documents — tax returns, contracts, income records. Here’s exactly how we keep them safe.
As licensed CPAs, we’re held to the highest professional standards for protecting client data. Every system, process, and tool we use is designed with your security as the non-negotiable priority.
AES-256 encryption protects your documents in transit and at rest — the same standard used by major banks and the U.S. military.
Your data is stored on SOC 2 Type II compliant servers with 24/7 monitoring, automatic backups, and strict access controls.
Our security practices align with the IRS Written Information Security Plan (WISP) requirements — the gold standard for tax professionals.
As AICPA members, we follow the profession’s strictest ethics and data handling requirements, including the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct.
Documents uploaded through our encrypted portal are protected with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Your files never touch an unsecured server.
Files are stored on isolated, encrypted infrastructure with role-based access controls. Only your assigned CPA can view your documents.
Our AI analysis engine processes your data in a sandboxed environment. No third parties ever see your information.
Your completed report is delivered through our secure portal — never sent as an unencrypted email attachment.
Documents are retained for the IRS-required minimum period, then securely deleted using cryptographic erasure. You can request deletion at any time.
These aren’t just numbers — they mean we’re legally accountable for protecting your data and maintaining the highest professional standards.
